Dream Home Profile - Eco-Inspired Style

I issued Oprah a challenge in the previous video, The HGTV - OPRAH Connection, and it had to do with the Dream Home Profile.  

Because this challenge was a very strange thing for me to do (I usually like to live my life "under the radar"), Krystal decided to follow up with a few more questions about it.  Also, she was surprised that I actually believed you could make any place you live into a Dream Home.

Just a little bit of background:  I developed the Dream Home Profile as a result of working with over 50,000 Women during my 12 years in the North Carolina Home Furnishings Industry.  What surprised me, was that most of my customers were really looking for the same thing, and it was quite different than the actual piece of furniture they thought they were looking for. I was also surprised, that although they came from all walks of life and a variety of styles and sizes of homes, it didn’t matter.  They all still wanted one thing - to make their home beautiful and "feel like home". 

Dream Home Profile is a design tool that helps you discover Design Elements that are most important and unique to you.  Once you find out what these Design Elements are, you can begin to incorporate them into your home design and decoration.
